Welcome to our Advisory Board, Howard Levkowitz!

INCEPTIV® is excited to welcome Howard Levkowitz to our Advisory Board. Howard was a member of Blackrock's Global Credit Platform and Chairman and CEO of BlackRock-TCP Capital Corp.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Howard co-founded Tennenbaum Capital Partners (TCP), where he was a Managing Partner and Chairman of the Management Committee. TCP with its $9B+ in committed capital was acquired by BlackRock in 2018. Prior to co-founding TCP, Howard was an attorney with Dewey Ballantine LLP, specializing in real estate and insolvencies. He has served as a Director of both public and private companies and has also served on a number of formal and informal creditor committees.

Howard is actively involved in a number of philanthropic activities, particularly in educational initiatives.

Howard earned a B.A. in History (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in Economics concentration in Finance (Magna Cum Laude) from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from the University of Southern California.
